Does your MEP care about the climate ?

During the Hackaton, Laurence Watson and 2 other participants examined MEPs voting records across 11 key votes over the last 5 years.The votes were related to various different aspects of climate change policy.The votes received a weighting of importance. Then the group gave the MEPs different scores : the highest scores were given to votes favourable for ambitious action on climate change.By averaging the scores across all the votes per MEP, they obtained the final rating. With Herbert Reul as "a climate killer" and Luis Manuel Capoulas Santos as the "climate Champion".The datas come from SandbagCAN EuropeWWF and eu-parlameter.
